The return process at Manibhadra Fitting includes a clear policy that allows customers to request full refunds on all purchases in case they do not find satisfaction.

We allow returns of suitable products when customers fulfill these requirements:

  • The customer needs to submit their return request before the completion of seven days from the time of delivery.
  • Copper fittings and brass fittings together with MGPS (Medical Gas Pipeline System) accessories and original packaging including all manuals and labels need to be intact and unused and should remain undamaged.
  • The item remains uninstalled and unmodified and cannot be used for any purpose.
  • Every return requires official documentation such as bills and receipts to verify the purchase.

The return request will get declined if any of these conditions fail to meet the requirements.
